Payment Policy

How we accept payment
Online payment is processed via a secure hosted payment page provided by our banking partner. You will be redirected to the bank's encrypted page to enter your card details. Udha never sees, stores, or transmits your card number, CVV, or expiry date.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro debit and credit cards.
When you are charged
The full rental amount is charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
Security deposit
A security deposit (typically 30% of the rental value, minimum €50) is held on your card at the time of vehicle pickup. This hold is released within 7–14 business days after return, provided the vehicle is returned undamaged and with a full fuel tank.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in Euro (EUR). If your card is in a different currency, your bank's exchange rate applies.
Receipts
A payment receipt is emailed to the address provided at booking. VAT is included in all displayed prices.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at help@udha.al within 30 days of the rental end date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
