1. Rental agreement

These terms govern the rental of vehicles from Udha Rent A Car ("we", "us"). By completing a reservation you agree to these terms in full.

2. Driver requirements

• The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of one year.
• A valid passport or national ID card must be presented at pickup.
• A credit or debit card in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit.
• Some vehicle categories (premium, van) require the driver to be 25 or older — this is stated on the vehicle listing.

3. Reservations and payment

A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment of the full rental amount. Prices are shown and charged in EUR. All charges are computed server-side at time of booking; prices displayed on the website are indicative.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental charge. No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Vehicle use

• Vehicles must only be driven on paved roads unless a 4×4 or SUV category explicitly permits off-road use.
• Vehicles must not be driven outside Albania without prior written approval.
• Smoking in vehicles is prohibited.
• Vehicles must be returned with a full fuel tank.

6. Insurance and liability

All vehicles include basic third-party insurance as required by Albanian law. The optional full insurance (zero excess) add-on eliminates the renter's liability for damage to the vehicle. Without it, the renter is liable for damage up to the stated excess amount per incident.

7. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tirana, Albania.
