Refund Policy

Free cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A full refund will be issued to the original payment card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental charge. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No-shows
If you do not collect the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior cancellation, the full rental amount is non-refundable.
Early returns
If you return the vehicle before the agreed return date, the unused days are non-refundable unless agreed in writing with our team in advance.
Vehicle unavailability
In the rare event that the reserved vehicle category is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge, or a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.

Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days on our side. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to credit your account.
